Starting as Air Locker Training in Brunswick, VIC and Rouse Hill, NSW from 2019, in 2025, Michael and Sandor decided to go independent and create Hi-BRID to better cater to our local community - all with the same goal to utilise science-based simulated altitude training to enhance performance, accelerate recovery, and maximise results through high-quality group fitness.

Hi-BRID harnesses the proven benefits of simulated altitude training - improved oxygen efficiency, increased calorie burn, and faster adaptation - delivered through our signature hybrid workouts that seamlessly blend strength training, cardio, and functional movement in 45-minute classes.
